You shouldn't need a video tutorial for that. You just copy the symbol files into whichever catalog folder you want to contain them. The folders are under:
x:\Programs\nbos\Mapper8\MapArt
where "x" is the hard drive with the FM8 installation.
If you want them in a new folder category, create a new folder with the desired name at that level and also copy the default.xml file from another symbol folder into it.
