Hello,
I am running a shadowrun game and am looking for building mapping symbols and outdoor symbols that I would use (outdoor would include cars and shipping containers and such). Does anyone know of any?
... and follow the CSUAC menu option in the middle of the options list. The CSUAC is Cecil Solomon's collection of symbols and fill patterns made by users of the old Dundjinni (TM) program. It includes a decent selection of modern symbols. Install the CSUAC and it always will be available to you in the FM8 menus.
The CSUAC will not give you every modern symbol or fill that you might be seeking, but if there's something that you need and can't find, then go directly to the Dundjinni forum for modern objects and fills ...
... and click the Search option. There you probably will find most of what you want.
If this is important to you, I'd suggest that you do it soon. Dundjinni is as good as dead on the RPG cartographic program market. It wouldn't surprise me if the Dundjinni website disappears quietly and forever one of these days. Then it will be too late.
