Planetary Sphere of Influence
Since most star systems are not likely to be under a monolithic, one system government, I would like to be able to put a sphere of influence around planets, megastructures, and even space stations. Is this even possible?

Hmm, no, not in a 3d sense. You can set up a marker that orbits the planet at a particular distance. That will show the circle around the planet in the system viewer.
