There seems to be somthing odd going on in IPadPro2... When I select the Random Treasure (CR1 - CR30).ipt file, no matter what the CR or quantity, I get the following:
CR 1 Treasure...
Coins: (missing)
Goods:
(missing)
Total Value for 0 Goods: 0 gp
Items:
(missing)
Total Value for 0 Items: 0 gp
Total CR 1 Treasure Value: 0 gp
However, when I do the same inside "TheKeep", I see the following:
CR 1 Treasure...
Coins: 100 gp
Goods:
No Goods
Total Value for 0 Goods: 0 gp
Items:
2 flasks of Alchemist’s fire worth 40 gp
Total Value for 1 Item: 40 gp
Total CR 1 Treasure Value: 140 gp
From what I see, the other generators seem to be working fine.
Is this a known issue and if so, is there a workaround?
Comments
Are these mission references inside IPP a known issue with the standard generators or is it something else?
I was able to duplicate the problem you were seeing by running from a desktop icon in a fresh windows installation on a test box. But, if I ran the program directly from windows file explorer, clicking on the .exe file, it all ran fine. Modifying the shortcut took care of the problem.
