How do I keep track of multiple campaigns in The Keep?

Create a separate top-most text-entry, and store your campaign under that. The Keep uses a real SQL database under the hood, so its very capable of handling many campaigns all at once.

Alternatively, see the 'advanced' section of the help file for how to set up campaigns in different databases using command line switches.
