Jörðgarð Map of the Week #427 - Gateway Inn 3rd Story

Map of the Week No. 427 is from the forthcoming Jörðgarð Trails adventure "A Tale of 2 Books." The map shows the third story of the Evening Hills Gateway Inn in the town of Kingsgate in the vampire-ruled North Kingdom.

Third Story:

The guest rooms are on this and the 4th stories. Accommodations are quite spartan. There are no bathing facilities, and there is a single jakes for the 12 guest rooms. The two floors (and the empty 5th story above) have unusual ceilings 15 feet/4.5 meters high to allow space for the pipes that connect the wood-burning stoves in the guest rooms to the chimneys. Each room is equipped with a bed, a chest of drawers per occupant, a stove and a foot locker. Rooms 5 and 6 are doubles. The jakes on this floor also serves guests on the 4th story. The numbers in parentheses are the guest room numbers.
