Wall Generating Script

Has anyone created a script that follows the border of a a polygon on a floor layer, say, that creates polygons for walls instead of the built in line?

I get better results from clear lines and combining polygons with the Add function. But that means I have to manually make my walls which can get tedious at times.

Sorry if this has been answered already. I used search but I couldn't narrow the results enough to find what I'm looking for.
