Errors with CSV Data Import

I was tweaking some of the data files I found here. If I manipulate the data slighty, the Importer throws an error on a line and no other lines are imported. If I commend out that line, the import fails with the next. Any suggestions?

You'd really need to describe better what changes you are making and how you are making them.

Sorry that I didn't get right back. I sorted it out.
When I reorganized the data, a field was missing and threw an error.
