Are there any old school RPG symbols out there for FM8?

    Black and white primitive symbols in 1st editon d&d. Also I'm looking for some good ship symbols. 8-)

    I'm not aware of any, but that doesn't mean anything, because I haven't sought such symbols either. However, I would suggest that you go over to:

    ... and make your query. Don't make your request FM8 specific. Ask instead for PNG objects of the type you're seeking. There are people at the Cartographers Guild who are into 1E type mapping, so you well might find something.

    PNG symbols (called objects by many non-FM8 cartographers) will work immediately in FM8.

    There's also some old symbols on NOX. These were taken from actual medieval maps. They were meant for like FM version 2, but should still be usable in FM8.
