HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE PAINT PALETTE
Hi:
first time here. I have been using your product for awhile now and am enjoying it. However today I was doing a new project and noticed the paint palette was empty. This was the first time that this has happened. I followed the instructions to add the palette colors by following the instruction but after clicking ok, nothing came up. I tried several times and still nothing. I tried reinstalling the program and again nothing came up.
This is causing me concern. Maybe I doing something wrong but I dont think so. Any help would be appreciated.
