As the question, I am working with a small sector and only need miles or PMU (Firefly) one PMU being 8000 miles.
So is there a way to make a measurement besides Light years or parsecs?

No, not really. The system uses light years internally. About the best you can do is set it up such that each LY = 1 of the firefly units, and ignore the 'LY' in the distance measurements.

kinda like saying 3 inches = 3 feet or something to that effect....gotcha.
I would add this to the request then....ability to define your own form of measurments
thanks for the quick response

Similar question but for the measurements of worlds... is there a way to make it display miles instead of kilometers?
