AS3 XML Import
I can use the supplied XML export plugin to easily export data about the selected systems but is there a way to import that data back into AS3? The feature list says
Trying to import using the Merge and Update Sectors option from the file menu doesn't work with the XML file and the CSV import claims to have imported the data (54 lines) but doesn't do anything either (which I would expect since XML is not CSV).

Great for experienced star mappers! Import .csv data files created from other stellar database. Or use the .xml import to bring in data stored in AstroSynthesis' XML format.
