River Raft Symbol
For a map that we're working on, we needed a symbol for a large river raft that hauls freight. Such rafts floated downstream and we're pulled back upstream empty by draft horses on the river bank. As a prototype, we chose the river rafts that used to haul logs downstream on Northern Bavaria's Main River. Such rafts went out of business long ago, but the one depicted below at the Franconian Open Air Museum in Bad Windsheim served as our prototype. Below in the graphic you can see the raster symbol that we made of the raft. It's availble free for personal and commercial use under the Open Game License 1.0a. When you download it, simply unzip the file into the symbol folder where you want it to be. The ZIP includes an XML file that sets the scale right.
