Missing % operator and CGI in v3
Hello.
Recently moving to version 3 at least I found there is no more "%" modulo operator, that was working just fine in IPP v2.
Any chance to missing operator to be returned back to us?
Also, is there any chance for CGI version? Lack of it was mine reason I had to stay on v2 for so long.

The modulo operator has been fixed. That will be up online in the Windows version in a couple weeks. But the CGI build above has the fix.
