how to create the map

Hi,

I have FM8 and have created a general continent (that probably needs a bit more work).

I have a few landmarks (lakes, forests) that I'd like to put in; but while I know how to get
a river put in, how do I create lakes and forests?

Go to 'Help -> Tutorial' from the menu and go through the "Continents, Quick and Easy" tutorial.
