I'd really like to see Inspiration Pad on an iPad (Hmm I wonder what it could possibly be called) or iPhone or, if you are not Mac developers how about an Android version?

Android is much more likely, and since it supports memory cards, a better fit for how IPP works (ie, pick a file & run it).
btw, if you want to access your generators on an ipad/iphone, or any mobile device, and you have a website, you can use the cgi version of IPP and make your generators available from within your web browser.
