Reseting Add NPC Dropdown?

So, after the better part of a decade using Screenmonkey, the NPC Name dropdown in my Add NPCs window is ...rather clogged. I'm probably overlooking something quite obvious here, but how do I go about resetting/cleaning out/flushing that list?

    There's no way to specifically trim the list. You can clear it completely by renaming/removing the lastsession.mm file located in SM's program directory. BUT, be aware that doing so clears out all the settings (game name, password, etc).
